The minimum quantity for overprinting is 100 pieces per size/per style.
Shipping & Packing Charges
Post and Packing (shipping) charges to destinations on the UK Mainland is £8.50 for consignments up to 30 kilo. Larger orders & non UK destinations may be subject to the dimensions & weight of the consignment & will be advised after your order is received and this has been calculated.
Whilst the delivery times given are usually very accurate they are estimated and not guaranteed.

Are your prices quoted with or without VAT?
For orders in the UK or within the European Union, VAT will be added at the checkout at the applicable rate.

How do I place my first order with you?
Browse our online catalogue and select the products you wish by clicking into the item and making your choice of colour and pack size if required then click add to basket.
If you wish to purchase other items click continue shopping. Repeat this until shopping is finished then click the checkout option to take you to where you give us your details. On this page you need to tell us how you wish to pay for your purchases, Credit or Debit Card, Personal Cheque, or Postal Order) and your details along with delivery details. At the bottom of this page you may also add any comments or special instructions you need to give us. You will then receive an order confirmation.
What if my items are out of stock?
If the items you order are out of stock then we will advise you when we contact you with shipping details. You will then have the option of waiting until the stock arrives or changing or cancelling the order.
How do I pay for my order?
After placing your order we will assemble your order to check and reserve the stock for you then contact you to advise you of postage options. This will usually be either on the number given if you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card or by email if you have chosen any other method.
We accept payment by the following methods:-
- We accept payment by Cheque, Credit or Debit Card (including Solo and Visa Electron)
- We do not accept Amex or Diners Club

What do I do if I change my mind?
Finer Packaging Ltd is dedicated to your full satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or an exchange item.
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch please email us at Customer Services or ring 0845 108 6661 and either speak to our sales staff or leave a message if out of hours.
If you have received your order you have 7 days to notify us of your intention to return goods. Please contact by telephone or email us before returning goods to obtain a returns number.
NB All goods returned must arrive at our warehouse in the same condition they left i.e unused. Finer Packaging Ltd will not accept a return of any item with scratches, marks, blemishes, or signs of wear on the product, or the case. Products must be repacked in their original packaging materials
Returns under these circumstances may be subject to a restocking fee of 10% and the cost of returning the goods will be met by the customer.
My order has arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please notify us within 48 hrs of receipt of goods and please retain all packaging as it may be necessary if a claim must be made against a carrier. If a package is showing obvious signs of damage then the receipt must be signed as damaged. Failure to do so may result in claim being disallowed.
